AgeCare seeks Licensed Practical Nurses for rural and select urban British Columbia communities, offering relocation support up to $10,000.

Reporting to the Director of Care, the LPN delivers compassionate, goal-directed care in accordance with provincial standards. This position supports residents through assessments, medications, treatments, education, transitions, and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams and families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with care teams through person-centered practice
- Implement and evaluate individualized resident care plans
- Educate residents and families about health conditions
- Assist resident move-ins, discharges, and transfers
- Address concerns through timely follow-up or escalation

Requirements:

- Current Licensed Practical Nurse registration in applicable jurisdiction
- Senior care or long-term care experience preferred
- Gerontology or rehabilitation background considered an asset
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management
- Proficiency with electronic documentation and Microsoft Office
