As part of the Medicine Team, you will apply nursing knowledge within your full scope of practice. Your work includes clinical treatments, patient monitoring, interdisciplinary reporting, documentation, and support for patients’ daily activities. Patient and family education, discharge planning, and community resource knowledge are also important.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply nursing knowledge through patient assessment
- Deliver treatments and procedures within scope of practice

- Medication administration course required
