This Project Coordinator tracks custom product orders from quotation to delivery for ABB Canada’s Electrification, Installation Products division. You will serve as an information hub for order status and performance metrics while supervising quote accuracy. The work combines customer follow-up, manufacturing and logistics monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track manufacturing and logistics progress against timelines
- Follow up with customers on open quotations
- Analyze trends and create delivery performance metrics

Requirements:

- Minimum two years in supply chain or similar experience
- Bilingual French-English; English supports outside-Quebec clients
