As Senior Marketing Program Manager, you will lead corporate communications, public relations, account-based marketing, and customer-facing initiatives. You will develop regulatory and market-update media programs, regional campaigns, and reporting systems. Your work connects engagement with pipeline influence while strengthening Highwood’s thought leadership in emissions management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build media relationships with analysts and industry influencers
- Draft press releases, media materials, and executive communications
- Design regional ABM campaigns aligned with customer and Sales priorities
- Establish campaign metrics,

- Support proactive reputation and crisis communications

Requirements:

- Seven to ten-plus years of B2B marketing experience
- Proven multi-channel program leadership from concept through iteration
- Experience in corporate communications, PR, ABM, or customer marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to align Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success
