This OMNI Lead Department Manager assists the OMNI Assistant Manager and Store Management Team with daily operational priorities. You will help direct activities, follow up on completion, and identify presentation deficiencies requiring corrective action. The work also includes supporting scheduling, reviewing Presubs, FTPR, and CSAT, and contributing to associate training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with direction and coordination of OMNI task completion
- Delegate, assist, and follow up on daily activities
- Support scheduling needs for the OMNI area
- Review and act on Presubs, FTPR, and CSAT
- Participate in associate training and provide feedback

Requirements:
