Customer-focused Insurance Advisors provide professional guidance, conduct needs assessments, and recommend personal insurance solutions for clients at BrokerLink.

This position supports clients throughout their insurance needs, from initial inquiries and quotations to renewals and policy updates. You will write new business, retain an existing book, prepare applications, and coordinate with Underwriters and Adjusters. Strong communication and organization support each client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service ongoing client needs and answer insurance inquiries
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate solutions
- Quote recent business through outbound calls and walk-ins
- Complete applications, policy changes, and renewal reviews
- Provide guidance and assistance as requested

Requirements:

- High School or Post-Secondary Education
- Preferred minimum one year Personal Insurance experience
- Strong customer focus and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
