Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Health and Safety Advisor for a five-month contract. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., up to 40 hours weekly. This position supports hazard identification, contractor compliance, safety regulations, and incident investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in safety meetings and contractor toolbox talks
Conduct Critical Control Assessments and Enablon Inspection Checklists
Identify hazards and confirm appropriate controls during work
Coach field personnel when unsafe practices are observed
Support incident investigations and contractor management

Requirements:
Ten years of proven safety experience in high-risk settings
Oil and gas industry experience preferred
Recognized safety certification, OHS diploma, degree, or equivalent competency
Robust understanding of safety regulatory requirements
Robust written, oral, and leadership communication skills
