As a Medical Receptionist, you will greet patients, coordinate appointments, and support various healthcare professionals while using EMR for documentation. Your role is critical in ensuring productive clinic operations and offering compassionate patient support in a diverse setting. Key Responsibilities:



Provide administrative support at the Family Health Team's front desk Organize patient appointments and follow-ups effectively Handle billing and documentation in compliance with OHIPMaintain and safeguard patient records in EMRDeliver outstanding customer service as the first point of contact Requirements: Diploma in Health Care Administration or equivalent At least 1 year of related experience in healthcare Strong customer service and telephone etiquette skills Detail-oriented with proficiency in EMR and Microsoft Office Fluent in English and Korean, other languages are a plus Your engagement in patient care and administrative excellence will drive the success of Carefirst in Scarborough.
