As Branch Manager, you will lead the local market, motivate employees, and strengthen collaboration across RBC roles and partners. You will allocate resources, grow sales, revenue, and market share, while supporting employee capability through recruiting, talent management, development, and career planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver results and support current client acquisitions across multiple channels
Lead change and allocate resources for community needs
Recruit, develop, and plan careers for employees
Inspire retailing excellence and memorable client experiences




Coach teams on advice, education, resolution, and digital access

Requirements:
Mutual Funds accreditation through IFIC or CSC
Two years’ licensed mutual funds sales experience within three years
Completed acceptable CSI mutual fund branch management exam
Three years’ experience in people management
Entrepreneurial acquisition mindset and digital channel capability
