Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Manager Health Services for its Acute Care department. The manager provides leadership within an integrated health care system and supports quality improvement, risk management, patient safety, and lean methodology. The position requires collaboration across diverse communities and regional facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead actions toward achievement of organizational goals
Promote innovation across acute care services
Apply quality improvement and risk management practices

Travel to regional facilities as duties require

Requirements:
Minimum five years in progressive health care management positions
Suitable post-secondary education and relevant management experience
Knowledge of integrated health care systems and care standards
Effective collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Valid Class 5 licence, insured vehicle, and liability insurance
