Operate coating and sheeting equipment on the night shift, using quality checks, production records, and safety procedures. This role follows a Sunday-to-Thursday schedule.

The Coating Sheeter Operator works under the Department Manager and Coating Team Leader. You will set up and monitor color application to paper during production. The position requires quality communication, organized paperwork, equipment awareness, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and monitor color application to paper
Perform quality checks throughout production
Communicate and address quality concerns effectively
Record production information and paperwork accurately
Assist with coater setup and teardown when required

Requirements:
High School Diploma or Level 12 G.E.D.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
Basic computer knowledge and time management capabilities
Ability to lift up to 20 kilograms
