DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pull product ensuring all materials are pulled and proper paperwork completed as per company procedure
Prioritize cuts or pulling of product based on instructions on the pick slips
Pack product in boxes and pack on skids for shipping purposes
Follow protocol closely as per company policies
Pulling of products from yard and warehouse
Process wire cut orders or order pulling as required
Work on wire cutting machine adjusting controls to ensure accurate lengths are being cut




Monitor and track inventory as per company procedures (example: Lot numbers & length)
Other warehouse tasks as assigned by your manager

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Highly organized, with attention to detail and exceptional time management
Valuable multi-tasker with the ability to work to and meet deadlines
Be able to work in a fast-paced, physical workplace, for 8 hrs. a day
Ability to follow instructions and process orders meticulously
Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised
Team player, adaptable, energetic with a positive professional attitude
Ability to process orders in an organized manner
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, 150 lbs. assisted
Problem solver and able to deal with product issues that may occur

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Minimum 2 years previous order picking experience
Experience or willingness to train on the order picker is required
Forklift certified on reach trucks isan asset

Final candidates will be required to undergo an assessment and security screening, including a criminal record check. Employment is subject to screening completion that is satisfactory to Best Plumbing.
