Lead reporting, analytics, and search optimization for Mackenzie Investments’ hybrid Knowledge Management team in a three-day office work model.

As a Reporting and Insights Manager, you will shape knowledge and content management across IGM Financial. You will evolve Coveo search and the SharePoint CMS while delivering data-driven insights. The work supports employee information discovery, content governance, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and publish Power BI and Coveo analytics dashboards
Translate usage data into actionable search and governance insights
Lead Coveo releases and SharePoint CMS updates
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply enhancements
Optimize relevancy, query pipelines,



metadata, and content organization

Requirements:
Experience managing Coveo search and SharePoint CMS platforms
Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and analytics
Understanding of search performance and content engagement data
Knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy, and content organization
Ability to support AI-enabled knowledge management solutions
