Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, this experienced generalist advises leaders and employees across human resources matters. The position delivers People & Culture programs, supports organizational goals, and strengthens people practices. It is located at 1340 Brant Street, with work from home available one day weekly through the hybrid program.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage performance, talent development, engagement, and employee experience programs
Lead full-cycle recruitment and assess talent needs with hiring managers
Guide labour relations, investigations, and collective bargaining preparation
Interpret policies, agreements, legislation, metrics,



and dashboards
Coordinate leaves, accommodations, disability, WSIB, and return-to-work processes

Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in human resources, business, commerce, or related field
Certified Human Resources Leader designation
Five years progressive human resources experience minimum
Three years labour relations experience in a unionized workplace
Human resources generalist, analytics, reporting, and human resources information systems experience
