St. Margaret’s School seeks an educator experienced in the IB Primary Years Programme. The teacher will create inclusive, engaging learning settings using evidence-based instruction, differentiation, and assessment. The position supports girl-centered learning and whole-child development across academic, social, and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging Grade 3 Primary Years Programme curriculum
Design creative, relevant inquiry-based lesson plans
Differentiate instruction for diverse learning styles




Assess learning through feedback and progress reports
Collaborate on interdisciplinary units with colleagues

Requirements:
Valid British Columbia Teacher Regulation Branch certification
Bachelor of Education focused on Primary Years
Experience teaching in an IB Primary Years setting
Experience using inquiry-focused and 21st Century strategies
Legal ability to work in Canada
