The Foreperson, Rail Vehicles will act as a Team Leader for the department where they will plan, schedule, direct and control maintenance activities within the section.

This Foreperson / Team Leader supervises and instructs unionized employees and at times, contractors. They are the go-to person for the department conducting training sessions, investigations, inspections and quality audits.

The incumbent(s) may be required to work at various Rail Cars & Shops department facilities based on operational and business needs.
