As lead technical consultant, you will configure SAM Workspace and License Management for a Software Asset Management engagement. The work includes ITSM configuration, source-system mapping, reconciliation, and stakeholder advisory support. You will also shape entitlement planning and integration delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Support workshops, refine user stories, and demonstrate configured functionality
Configure SAM Workspace and License Management for 24 products
Produce governance SOP and SAM playbook documentation




Map source-system and API data into ServiceNow
Build publisher integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub

Requirements:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
ServiceNow Software Asset Management and IntegrationHub certifications
Hands-on ServiceNow ITSM configuration experience
United States or Canada location and robust English communication
