We are at an exciting stage of growth and are looking for an entrepreneurialDirector of Marketing to build our marketing function from the ground up.

You will be the founding member of our marketing team.

The Chance

This is a unique prospect for a marketing leader who wants tobuild rather than inherit.

Initially, you will be both strategic and hands-on - developing our marketing strategy, sharpening our market positioning, building demand-generation programs,



creating content, supporting Sales, and establishing the systems and processes that will form the foundation of our marketing organization.

As OneRiver grows, you will build and lead the marketing team, determining what capabilities we develop internally and what we leverage through agencies, partners, and technology.

You will work directly with the leadership team and have significant influence over how OneRiver positions itself in the market and generates growth.

What You'll Own

Market Strategy & Positioning
Develop and execute OneRiver's marketing strategy and roadmap.
Define our ideal customer profiles, target industries, buyer personas, and buying journeys.
Establish differentiated positioning for the OneRiver platform.
Translate complex ERP and maintenance technology into compelling business outcomes.
Build OneRiver's reputation as a thought leader in maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and asset performance.

Demand Generation
Build a scalable demand-generation engine across digital, content, email, events, partnerships, and
