KPMG is hiring a Global Finance Project Manager in Toronto. Reporting to the GF Finance Operations leader, this hands-on role supports technology and operational projects across Global Finance.

What you will do
Plan and lead projects, including governance, financial monitoring, delivery, and alignment with project goals.
Manage annual operational and compliance activities, including application security reviews, certification renewals, licensing, upgrades, and migrations.
Build project plans covering scope, tasks, timelines, effort, dependencies, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Support monthly and year-end budget reconciliations and accrual management; coordinate project budgets, approvals, purchase orders, change orders, and internal recharges.




Track resource utilization and capacity, and resolve resourcing issues.

What you bring
At least four years of project management experience, including planning and delivering IT and finance projects or programs.
A bachelor’s degree; PMP certification is preferred but not required.
Experience with Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint, including executive reporting.
Solid project planning and organizational skills, with experience working across matrixed teams.

Compensation

The expected base salary range is $75,000–$100,000 per year. The role may also be eligible for bonus awards.
