KeyResponsibilities:
Performavarietyofclericaldutiestosupportthesmoothoperationofthehospital.
Maintainandupdatepatientrecordswithaccuracyandconfidentiality.
Assistinthecoordinationofappointmentsandschedulingforvariousdepartments.
Ensureeffectivecommunicationbetweendepartments,staff,andpatients.
Manageincomingandoutgoingcorrespondence,includingemailsandphonecalls.
Supporttheadministrativeneedsofthehealthcareteamasrequired.

Requirements/Qualifications:




Highschooldiplomaorequivalent;additionalqualificationsinofficeadministrationareanasset.
CompletionofMedicalTerminologyCourse
Previousexperienceinaclericaloradministrativerole,preferablyinahealthcaresetting.
ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeSuiteandfamiliaritywithelectronichealthrecordssystems.
Strongorganizationalskillsandattentiontodetail.
Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
BilingualisminEnglishandFrenchisrequired.
Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateaminafast-pacedenvironment.
