Support U-Haul customers in Abbotsford using customer service skills, rental technology, equipment inspection, and product education. This position is onsite at the listed center.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with U-Haul products and services. You will use U-Scan technology, prepare rental invoices, and accept returned equipment. The position also includes equipment handling, inspection, and ongoing U-Haul University education.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers inside and outside the U-Haul center
Manage rentals and inventory using smartphone-based U-Scan technology
Move, hook up, clean, and inspect trucks and trailers
Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
Answer questions and educate customers about products and services

Requirements:
Valid driver's license and positive driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
Ability to work around moving parts, fumes, or chemicals
Legal authorization to work without employer sponsorship
