As a Mechanical Service Advisor, you will coordinate workflow for six automotive technicians. Your work includes sourcing parts, preparing quotes, creating work orders, and monitoring production timelines. The position requires solid customer service, communication, and administrative abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and gather vehicle service information
Promote mechanical services and coordinate approved repairs
Quote repairs, including materials, supplies, and labour costs
Prepare repair orders and document authorized services
Order parts, prepare invoices, and complete shop data entry

Requirements:
Two to three years as an Automotive Service Advisor
Robust customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple requests efficiently
Basic mechanical knowledge for customer and technician communication
Experience with Mitchell estimating is an asset
