The Grocery Lead Hand supervises others while supporting a produce-focused department. You will direct workflow, order and receive products, merchandise effectively, and respond to customer needs. Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills support daily department functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct workflow and oversee the grocery department
Order, receive, and merchandise products effectively
Serve customers promptly with a positive attitude
Keep shelves, bins, and displays stocked
Rotate items and maintain clean, protected work areas

Requirements:
Demonstrated maturity to supervise others
Work experience within a produce department setting
Solid communication and writing abilities
Basic Microsoft Outlook and Excel proficiency
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand all day
