As a Social Worker 1, you will provide social work services to clients, families, and communities. The permanent full time position serves the Long Term Services Project in the Fredericton area. Your work includes therapeutic interventions, service coordination, advocacy, and interdisciplinary care planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans
Facilitate therapeutic interventions for individuals and groups
Coordinate services and advocate for clients
Provide emergency, crisis intervention, and stabilization services
Maintain clinical records and documentation

Requirements:
Registration with the Recent Brunswick Association of Social Workers
Membership in positive standing with the association
Ability to attend work regularly
Ability to perform the position’s duties
English essential language requirement
