Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this coordinator researches, plans, coordinates, and delivers in-house and external training, workshops, and events. The position supports adult learners through recruitment, registration, counselling, competency assessments, and case management. It also creates and monitors learning plans while coaching employees toward skilled goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and coordinate in-house and external training activities

Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination
Two or more years coordinating adult learner training and development
