Key Responsibilities:
Train and coach the team on “ABSOLUTE” service
Set expectations and follow up regularly
Open and close the restaurant independently
Reconcile cash deposits and place orders
Address customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:
Minimum two to three years leading a team
Food Handler Certification or willingness to certify
Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and mixed shifts
Ability to schedule employees while achieving labour targets
Robust organization, composure, and attention to detail
