Lead complex AEC pursuits with proposal strategy and end-to-end management at EXP, using a versatile hybrid mode in Western Canada.
As a Senior Pursuit Specialist, you will support EXP’s Western Canada Business Development team. You will guide complex, multidisciplinary pursuits from discovery through submission, shaping client-focused narratives and winning strategies. The work connects business development, strategy, and technical delivery across key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead go/no-go decisions, pursuit planning, and proposal execution
Develop messaging, value propositions, and client-focused narratives
Manage timelines, compliance reviews, and submission readiness
Research clients, competitors, and market trends
Advise leaders and senior management on pursuit strategy
Requirements:
8–12+ years in AEC pursuits, proposals, or business development
Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary pursuits successfully
Ability to create accessible narratives from technical content
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam
Experience facilitating strategy sessions and executive discussions
