Support Intact’s Technology and Intact Lab teams as a bilingual senior human resources consultant, advising leaders and shaping talent strategies. This is a 12-month contract or secondment prospect.

As a strategic business partner, you will assess organizational needs, anticipate impacts, and connect people with business strategy. The position requires coaching, talent management, change management, and solid relationship-building. You will advise senior leaders in a complex corporate setting while supporting transformation and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide human resources guidance, advice, and professional coaching
Identify talent strategies supporting planning, development, and retention
Lead projects and deploy corporate initiatives and programs
Challenge assumptions through analysis,



questions, and strategic thinking
Conduct investigations and assist with conflict management

Requirements:
University degree or relevant equivalent education and experience
Six years of senior human resources consulting or partnership experience
CHRP or CHRL designation completed or in progress
Knowledge across employee relations, talent, performance, and disability management
French-English bilingualism and eligibility to work in Canada
