As Senior Development Officer, you will lead frontline fundraising focused on donors and prospects contributing $10,000 or more. You will deepen engagement, identify recent opportunities, and develop strategies toward an estimated $1.5 million annual personal revenue target. Your work supports youth mental health programs across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop donor engagement and solicitation strategies
- Acquire, retain, and reactivate major donors
- Collaborate with Programs and Marketing teams
- Report cultivation status and forecasted revenues regularly
- Support revenue targets, budgets,



and annual planning

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in fundraising, sales, marketing, or communications
- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and ethical fundraising
- Emotional intelligence, compassion, and independent working ability
