As an IDS Coordinator and 3D Modeller, you will support model-based project delivery for civil infrastructure, heavy civil, and mining work. The position connects project and office staff with engineers, survey teams, and construction personnel. Responsibilities include incorporating stakeholder information, managing point clouds, controlling files, and identifying design discrepancies. Experience with Navisworks, Trimble Business Center, parametric modelling, or BIM practices can support this work. Communication and organization remain central to successful coordination across project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support model-based coordination with engineering, survey, and construction teams




- Gather design and survey information from project stakeholders
- Integrate laser scan and point cloud data into models
- Manage digital documents, file organization, and version tracking
- Conduct clash detection and assist with project solutions

Requirements:

- 10+ years modelling civil infrastructure with Autodesk Civil 3D
- Experience with Navisworks and Trimble Business Center beneficial
- Knowledge of BIM implementation practices advantageous
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
