Children’s Health Foundation of Vancouver Island is seeking a House Manager for its Victoria home-away-from-home. This hands-on leadership role combines guest coordination, property responsibilities, financial administration, and team supervision. You will liaise with referring healthcare professionals, manage Housemate reservations, protect confidential information, and help ensure families experience a welcoming, inclusive home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with professionals regarding bookings and family stays
- Orient guests, assign rooms, and manage keys
- Track grocery gift cards, expenses, invoices, and receivables
- Coordinate maintenance,



deliveries, emergency protocols, and drills
- Prepare schedules, meetings, reports, and operational updates

Requirements:

- Five years of relevant social services, hospitality, or operations experience
- One year of supervisory experience
- Computer literacy with scheduling software, databases, email, and internet
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in guest accommodation
- Level 1 First Aid and WHMIS are assets
