Support Vaughan’s growing community as a Water Distribution Supervisor with municipal maintenance experience and Ontario Level 2 licensing. The position is full time and unionized.

The Team Lead, Water Services role oversees water distribution operations in the City of Vaughan. You will coordinate staff work, provide technical direction, and manage CMMS work requests and backlogs. Your responsibilities also include routine equipment maintenance, inspections, and auditing daily activities against applicable regulations and City standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate municipal water distribution maintenance activities
- Manage CMMS work requests and order backlogs
- Schedule routine equipment inspections and maintenance




- Train staff and provide operational technical guidance
- Review daily activities for effective compliant operations

Requirements:

- Minimum five years related municipal water systems experience
- One year coordinating others in a unionized environment
- Ontario Ministry Water Distribution Level 2 license
- Ability to self manage and propose solutions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
