This senior position provides leadership across product design, development, and enhancement initiatives. You will connect product and client knowledge with policy administration systems, regulatory requirements, and portfolio profitability. The work includes researching solutions, identifying risks, and communicating impacts across project teams. English proficiency is essential because the role supports mainly non-francophone groups outside Québec.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead product accountabilities across change initiatives
- Develop and maintain underwriting and risk selection rules
- Assess improvements using customer feedback and objectives




- Identify project interconnectivity and communicate cross-team impacts
- Prioritize product needs against development with stakeholders

Requirements:

- Five or more years in insurance underwriting, claims, or analytics
- Diploma or degree in a related field
- CIP or FCIP designation held or underway
- Knowledge of policy materials, Insurance Acts, and legislation
- Ability to solve complex issues amid external forces
