Thales seeks a Reliability Specialist for comprehensive reliability analyses supporting engineering changes. This position applies Life Cycle Costing, Failure Rate calculations, and reliability modeling to maritime systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and may work in dockyards or onboard Naval ships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct reliability modeling to predict system performance
- Assess engineering changes through Life Cycle Costing
- Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams
- Identify failure root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Support reliability improvement and cost efficiency initiatives
Requirements:
- Five years’ experience in marine or related environments
- Engineering degree or diploma in a relevant field
- Experience with xFRACAS, FRACAS, and ReliaSoft setup
- English language proficiency is essential
- Eligibility for Controlled Goods and NATO Secret clearance
