This UX Designer role focuses on translating requirements and feedback into intuitive, scalable experiences. You will simplify complex workflows, validate designs, and help maintain consistent patterns across customer-facing products. The position partners with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders through Agile ceremonies and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate customer feedback into actionable design insights
- Design end-to-end experiences aligned with business goals
- Simplify complex workflows while maintaining scalability
- Contribute to CarltonOne’s design system and UX standards




- Participate in planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives

Requirements:

- Three or more years of relevant design experience
- Strong portfolio showing successful user-centered product outcomes
- Wireframing, user-flow, prototype, and specification experience
- Solid communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with Agile environments and component libraries

Use Figma prototyping, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration to improve CarltonOne’s customer-facing product experiences.
