NAV CANADA is seeking a Tower Air Traffic Controller to manage diverse Winnipeg operations with clear communication and careful decision-making.

This onsite position supports international cargo, training flights, and other aviation activity at Winnipeg Tower. Air Traffic Controllers maintain secure, orderly, and expeditious aircraft movement through assessment, separation, coordination, and instructions. The position requires shift work, security clearance, and rigorous selection and training processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate traffic with towers, sectors, centres, and specialists
- Operate and monitor radio, radar, telephone, and electronic equipment
- Enter flight information electronically or in writing




- Integrate military and civilian training flights
- Accommodate special airspace users and aircraft exercises

Requirements:

- Minimum three years as a licensed Airport/Aerodrome Controller
- Airport/Aerodrome Tower Controller training or equivalent
- Strong recall, attention to detail, and problem-solving
- Clear English communication and attentive listening
- Willingness to complete pre-employment drug testing
