You will sit between clients and a team of 10 developers, designers, and data contractors. The work includes theme upgrades, custom Shopify apps, Liquid builds, and Hydrogen development. You will determine how unfamiliar requests should be structured, then keep delivery moving without a predefined playbook.

Key Responsibilities:

- Discuss design ideas, content, and requirements with clients
- Translate client needs for the design team
- Define problems and plans for custom projects
- Quality-check work before sending it to clients
- Communicate requirements, feedback, and approvals through email and Slack

Requirements:

- Deep experience with enterprise Shopify projects
- Knowledge of Shopify themes, settings, and app ecosystem
- Direct client management experience without an account manager
- Experience leading teams of developers
- Solid comfort working in Asana
