As Maintenance Manager, you will manage services connected to buildings, equipment, grounds, energy resources, warehouses, training, and property. The position combines technical oversight with administrative and manual activities required for operations. You will estimate project costs, prepare material take-offs, collect building data, and contribute to operational and capital budgets. You will also evaluate maintenance employees and support school administrators with material resources, employee supervision, directives, policies, and fire drills.
