Nedco is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Oakville or Milton, focused on account visits, sales pipelines, and electrical customer growth.

As part of Rexel Canada, Nedco provides electrical products and solutions through branches across Canada. This position develops new accounts and strengthens existing customer relationships through regular visits, documented sales activity, and monthly objective planning. Candidates bring electrical distribution sales experience, CRM familiarity, and a record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard new accounts through consistent prospecting
- Increase sales growth across existing customer bases
- Complete required weekly account visits
- Maintain chance pipelines for monthly objectives
- Attend strategy and scheduled team meetings

Requirements:

- Two to three years sales experience in electrical distribution
- Education and equivalent experience combination accepted
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships
- Outstanding communication with current and prospective customers
- Experience using CRM software
