As Associate Consultant, you will contribute to learning design, performance development, recognition, and employee engagement activities. The work combines instructional and behavioural science with data-based analysis to identify needs, root causes, and suitable interventions. Collaboration with internal clients supports leadership development, change management, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop eLearning assets with authoring and interactive software
- Analyze learning trends, tools, and design practices
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions




- Support leadership orientation initiatives
- Recommend continuous improvements to talent management strategy

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years designing and delivering instructional programs
- Experience in eLearning and virtual environments
- Proficiency using Microsoft 365 applications
- Proficiency in SharePoint; healthcare experience is an asset
