Coordinate Caterpillar, Maclean, Sandvik, and other underground equipment maintenance for Coeur Mining’s Rainy River operation in Ontario.

This Underground Maintenance Planner reports to the Senior Reliability Specialist and develops predictive and preventative maintenance programs. The position covers mobile equipment and fixed assets, with responsibility for work orders, critical parts, and contractor coordination. The schedule is 14/14.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule Caterpillar, Maclean, Sandvik, and Toyota equipment
- Assess parts criticality and request inventory
- Review completed work orders for follow-up actions
- Coordinate contractor technicians and maintenance supervisors
- Support operations and maintenance reliability improvements

Requirements:

- Knowledge of mobile maintenance disciplines
- Experience in similar maintenance planning roles
- Organized, cooperative, and effective with cross-functional teams
- Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing required
