Reporting to the Regional Program Manager of Operations, the Site Security Lead manages goals supporting the contract business plan. The work includes recruiting, coaching, retaining security professionals, and ensuring performance processes are completed. You will also identify development gaps, oversee customized training, and share risks, threats, and recommendations with managers. Salesforce, HRIS platforms, and other web-based management tools support reporting and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, hire, coach, and retain security professionals
- Establish performance goals and monitor team progress




- Complete performance reviews and development plans
- Oversee Field Supervisor and Security Skilled training
- Update managers on risks, threats, and proactive solutions

Requirements:

- Five years of Municipal, Provincial, or RCMP officer experience
- Five years of military experience may qualify
- Experience scheduling or operating within the security industry
- Ability to prioritize competing assignments and manage deadlines
- Professional judgment and discretion in organizational interactions
