Shape how law firms get paid faster as Clio’s Product Design leader for payments, billing, invoicing, and timekeeping. North American candidates are welcome.

This Senior Manager role leads design strategy and execution across Clio’s Fintech portfolio. You will manage four to five product designers and collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders. The work spans customer insight, complex B2B workflows, platform integration, automation, AI, launch, and iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive strategy for payments, billing, invoicing, and timekeeping
- Make connected financial experiences native to Clio’s platform
- Design secure, transparent, controlled human-in-the-loop AI workflows
- Raise craft quality through coaching, critique, and feedback
- Surface trade-offs and drive crisp portfolio decisions

Requirements:

- 10+ years in Product Design
- At least 3 years developing other designers
- Strong fintech understanding of business money movement
- Experience serving small to mid-market B2B customers
- Strong UX craft, systems thinking, and accessibility knowledge

Use strategic design leadership and fintech expertise to simplify financial workflows for Clio’s legal customers.
