This Project Coordinator role supports Project Managers across development, launch, and commercialization for pharmaceutical and consumer health projects. You will coordinate varying project sizes and complexity, communicate expectations and updates, and help teams complete activities on schedule. The position is fully onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate projects and product portfolios through development lifecycles
- Communicate timelines, responsibilities, expectations, and project updates
- Collaborate across functions to maintain alignment and completion




- Prepare customer and internal project meeting materials
- Promote constructive problem solving and process improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Life or Applied Science, Business, or related field
- Project development or management experience at any level
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational abilities
- Canadian credential evaluation required when applicable
