At Delta Hospital, you will perform general and cardiac procedures across abdominal, obstetrical, pelvic, peripheral vascular, small parts, and echocardiography services. The position requires accurate requisition handling, clinical history review, information-system documentation, and effective communication with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare staff. You will contribute to procedural support, workflow coordination, quality assurance, and evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive requisitions and correlate clinical histories with examinations
- Conduct ultrasound examinations and archive acquired diagnostic imaging data
- Assist radiologists and cardiologists during interventional procedures




- Coordinate examination workflow, transportation, and inpatient scheduling
- Participate in committees, research projects, and practice improvements

Requirements:

- Recognized training in Diagnostic Cardiac and Diagnostic General Sonography
- Sonography Canada or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography certification
- Knowledge of PACS, imaging applications, and computerized care systems
- Demonstrated CPR techniques and physical ability for position duties
- Ability to prioritize workload and establish effective professional relationships
