As a Physiotherapist, you will coordinate care for clients across community, facility, acute care, personal care home, and home care environments. The work includes assessing varying ages and diagnoses, planning interventions, and evaluating physiotherapy services. You will communicate with families, external agencies, and multidisciplinary colleagues.
