Franke Home Solutions seeks a manager to direct product development and innovation for its commercial portfolio. You will guide manufactured products from concept through launch while addressing durability, hygiene, water safety, accessibility, and security requirements. The position connects technical design with certification, manufacturing, cost, and lifecycle decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the commercial product roadmap and development process
- Convert concepts into designs, prototypes, and certified products
- Consider institutional stakeholders during specification and approval
- Optimize materials, production processes, quality,
and cost drivers
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, procedures, and presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Five years of manufactured product development or engineering experience
- Two years leading people or cross-functional teams
- Experience with SolidWorks, Creo, or comparable 3D CAD
- Knowledge of Canadian and United States product codes
