Drive Agile delivery with Infoya by leading Scrum ceremonies, improving predictability, and coordinating technical teams across transformation and operational work.

This Technical Scrum Master combines Scrum leadership, project management, and technical delivery coordination. You will help teams balance transformation priorities with production support demands while using delivery insights to improve planning. The position supports enterprise projects and operational governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain project plans, release roadmaps, SDLC artifacts, and issue logs
- Remove blockers and coach teams on Agile and quality practices
- Forecast capacity using sprint progress, velocity, and delivery trends
- Track SLA performance, MTTR, ticket ageing, incidents, and repeat issues
- Align priorities, release readiness,



and conflict resolution across teams

Requirements:

- Five-plus years’ Scrum Master experience with cross-functional technical teams
- Demonstrated delivery of technology transformation projects
- Experience presenting metrics, risks, and recommendations to senior IT leaders
- Understanding of production support, service levels, and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
