The Procurement Lead manages non-material spend across MRO, capital equipment, engineering, facilities, laboratory supplies, IT, logistics, and services. This role develops category profiles, consolidates spend, benchmarks markets, and converts analysis into documented recommendations. It also partners with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Operations, IT, Facilities, EHS, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop annual sourcing plans and report realized savings
- Reduce tail spend through preferred suppliers and catalog structures
- Normalize competitive bids and document award recommendations




- Qualify suppliers and expand the supply base
- Conduct supplier reviews and drive corrective actions

Requirements:

- Experience with spend analytics and price-variance analysis
- Ability to model should-cost and total cost of ownership
- Transparent communication of impacts, risks, and assumptions
- Ability to resolve ambiguity, conflict, and supplier performance disputes
