Use HSE leadership, root cause analysis, and risk management to protect employees, assets, and operations across Give & Go locations.

As Senior Manager, Health, Safety and Workplace, you will drive compliance with MDLZ standards and legal requirements. The role oversees audits, inspections, incident investigations, and Enablon reporting across assigned sites. You will also partner with Operations, Maintenance, Facilities, Engineering, Sanitation, and Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct production-floor audits and inspections for compliance
- Support incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Oversee accurate, timely HSE data entry into Enablon
- Monitor injury trends and improve HSE performance indicators
- Integrate HSE practices with cross-functional operational routines

Requirements:

- Four-year related university degree
- Five years’ industrial experience implementing safety programs
- Two years’ senior-level safety management experience
- Knowledge of LOTO, machine guarding, and risk assessment
- Current knowledge of legislation, regulations, CSA standards, and HSE developments
